Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery

  • Whether your items are large or small, we aim to deliver within 2 business days for most areas of the UK.
  • After you have placed your order, we will telephone you to arrange a convenient delivery date. If your order is placed outside of working hours, we will call on the next working day.
  • All orders placed are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.
  • We strongly advise you not to book a plumber until your goods have been received and inspected - we will not be liable for costs incurred with fittings by delayed delivery or damaged goods.
  • We offer free delivery to some areas when you spend £198 or over.
  • Please note, we can only deliver goods to the point of access - we cannot carry items to specific rooms.
  • If you live outside the catchment area of our vans, unfortunately, you are not eligible for our free delivery offer.

Returns & Exchanges

You’re allowed to change your mind! We’ll give you up to 30 days to return your product if you’re not happy with it for any reason. All you need to do is call us on 0330 808 5045 and we’ll be happy to arrange a speedy and convenient way to return your product. You can also exchange within 30 days if you decide you’d like something different.

Damaged Products

Please make sure you inspect your items fully upon arrival, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, don’t panic! Note any imperfections on the delivery note or give us a call within 48 hours on 0330 808 5045 and we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible.


When returning an item, you will be liable to pay the cost of delivery back to us, which will be the same as the original delivery fee. If your original order qualified for free delivery you will be liable for the returning delivery fee of £20. If your original delivery included a surcharge due to additional transport costs, we’ll apply a similar charge to your return collection.

Please Note

  • Returns are not accepted if delivered in person to our warehouse - they will not be processed.
  • When returning an item, it is essential that it is in a resaleable condition packaged in its original packaging. If this is not reasonably possible, it should be packaged in a suitable condition for transport by our couriers.
  • We’ll issue your refund as soon as possible once we’ve received your item.
  • Your statutory rights are unaffected.
